NH EATS, otherwise known as New Hampshire Entertainment and Tastes of the State, is a collaboration of hospitality venues in downtown Manchester. Although there are several benefits to this collaboration, the central mission of NH EATS is to provide the public with the most enjoyable and most reliable hospitality opportunities in downtown Manchester. Comprised of the most prominent dining and entertainment establishments in downtown Manchester, NH EATS strives to deliver the highest quality hospitality experience.
Working alongside the founders, Just Flow supported this collaboration from the ground up, starting with developing a unique and memorable name, designing logo establishing brand standards, and securing assets, including registering domains for both the website and blog. Once these key components were in place, our team then got to work designing and developing a basic website and creating a Facebook business page to launch our mission. As part of our communications plan, Just Flow also generated monthly enewsletters showcasing promotions, specials and news for each partner location as well as developed and managed periodic public events, branded as Around Town with NH EATS.
Each monthly enewsletter included information for partner locations, NH EATS promotions, community happenings and upcoming Around Town with NH EATS events. Due to the amount of information to share with the growing list of fans and friends as well as the need to demonstrate value to the partners, Just Flow designed the enewsletter to drive traffic to the NH EATS blog. Analytics software provided extensive data for which types of articles were of most interest and user behavior once they arrived on the blog. In addition, our team insured that each partner’s social media platforms were publicized to increase cross-cultivation of customers. Finally, Just Flow provided quarterly metrics reporting for the newsletter, blog analytics, Facebook insights and event successes.
