Just Flow organized and facilitated The Queen City Stampede, Manchester’s first ‘Amazing Race’ style race. The Stampede welcomed teams of two with competitors as young as 8 year old to solve clues and complete challenges throughout a 5k+ course.
By recommendation of a Board Member, Just Flow was contracted to manage this event to benefit Holy Cross Family Learning Center, a non-profit organization. As the Event Coordinator, Just Flow was responsible to handle any and all details including sponsors, permitting, vendor management, social media engagement, event promotion, print management, volunteer recruiting and training, and on-site race day management. For sponsors, our team developed sponsor levels and benefits, identified and retained corporate sponsors, and managed sponsor benefits. Sponsors included local powerhouses like Anthem BC/BC, New Hampshire’s Hospital for Children, Centrix Bank, Regency Mortgage, Catholic Medical Center, and Anagnost Companies. Just Flow also handled public relations and media coverage, including several key features in the New Hampshire Union Leader.
Based on the nature of the event, our team also managed all relations with the City of Manchester, including the Parks and Recreation Department, Planning Department, Board of Alderman, Mayor Ted Gatsas, Police and Fire Department, and the Department of Transportation to ensure the race route was safe and within a City guidelines.
